This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”)
explains how TRIVEDI ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES LLC d/b/a TempTag,
Plumsense (“TempTag”, “Plumsense”, “us,” “our,” or “we”) uses your information and
applies to all who use our Web website www.TempTag.io
/ www.plumsense.com, web and mobile applications, electronic services,
social networking sites, or any individual, business partner-specific, city-specific,
or other area-specific websites we offer that link to or reference this Privacy
Policy (collectively, the “Site”) and when you receive electronic
communications from us. All capitalized terms herein not otherwise defined
shall have the meaning ascribed to them in our Terms of Use and Services (www.TempTag.io/Termsofuse)
We will routinely, at our sole
discretion, update this Privacy Policy to clarify our practices and to reflect
new or different privacy practices. We encourage you to frequently check this
page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the
personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your
responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of
modifications. You can determine when this Privacy Policy was last revised by
referring to the date it was “Last Updated” above.

We collect Personal
Information from you in various ways when you use our Site and Services.
"Personal Information" means any information that may be used to
identify an individual, including, but not limited to, a name, address,
telephone number or email address, or other information about an individual
that is directly linked to personally identifiable information. Personal
Information does not include aggregate or anonymized data, and nothing in this
Policy restricts or limits our collection, use and disclosure of such data.
Information You
Provide.
In general, you can visit the TempTag Site without telling us who you are or
revealing any Personal Information about yourself. Sometimes, however, we will
require or request you to provide Personal Information in connection with the
use of our Site or Services. Generally this information is collected when you (i) fill out a contact form; (ii) become a registered user
with TempTag, including but not limited to subscribing as user; (iii) sign up
for a mailing list; (iv) contact us; (v) enter a promotional/informational
feature via our Site or Services; or (vi) complete a survey that we use for
research. We may also collect Personal Information that is contained in the
files, documents, photos and other materials that you upload to our Site or provide
in connection with our Services. TempTag may use third party authentication
services (each, an “Authentication Service”) for account registration and
credentialing purposes. You may be required to provide your username/ID for an
Authentication Service accepted by TempTag. The Authentication Service may also
ask you for your password for your account with that Authentication Service. If
you choose to provide any of the foregoing information, during registration or
otherwise, you are giving TempTag the permission to use and store it consistent
with this policy.
Automatically Collected
Information.
When you visit our Site or use our Services, certain information may also be
automatically collected. For example, we record information such as Internet
domain and host names; Internet protocol (IP) addresses; browser software and
operating system types; clickstream patterns; and dates and times that our Site
and Services are accessed. We may also use cookies and other tracking
technologies to improve our Site, Services and your experience.
"Cookies" are small text files placed on your computer's hard drive
that are read by the server that placed them, are unable to execute any code or
virus and cannot take any additional information from your hard drive. These
cookies allow our Site to recognize you when you revisit our Site and Services

TempTag also receives
Personal Information and other online and offline information from sources of
information that legally provide TempTag with your information, and which are
outside the scope of this Privacy Policy at the time of collection (“Other
Sources”). TempTag will use such information in accordance with applicable laws
and this Privacy Policy. Information concerning a device you use to access,
use, or interact with the Site, such as operating system type or mobile device
model, browser type, domain, and other system settings, the language your
system uses and the country and time zone of your device, geo-location, unique
device identifier or other device identifier, mobile phone carrier
identification, and device software platform and firmware information (“Device
Data) may also be collected when your device interacts with the Site and TempTag,
even if you are not logged into the Site using your device.
Credit card information
is temporarily collected for use with online orders only and is not saved in
any manner by TempTag. TempTag does not have access to the credit card number,
verification code, or expiration date. This information may, however, be retained
by our credit card payment processor to the extent required to facilitate the
financial transaction. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry
Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only
as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. All direct
payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI
Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa,
MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the
secure handling of credit card information by our site and related courses and
its service providers.
Data Security. We have implemented
physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the
information we collect. Unfortunately, no data transmission is guaranteed to be
100% secure and we therefore cannot guarantee the security of information you
transmit to or from the Site, applications, or through the use of our Services,
and you provide this information at your own risk. ACCORDINGLY, WE DISCLAIM

You can limit the
information you provide to TempTag and you can limit the communications that TempTag
sends to you. For example, you can manage your subscriptions by following subscription
management instructions contained in the commercial e-mails that we may send
you. However, even if you have unsubscribed from our promotional email
messages, we may still contact you with important transactional information
related to your account and your purchases; You may manage how your browser
handles Cookies by adjusting its privacy and security settings; You may manage
how your mobile device and mobile browser share certain Device Data with TempTag,
as well as how your mobile browser handles Cookies by adjusting the privacy and
security settings on your mobile device; and you may also manage the sharing preferences
of certain Personal Information with us when you connect with us through
social networking platforms or applications.

How TempTag Uses Information
We (or authorized
third parties on our behalf) may use information collected as described in this
Privacy Policy to: (i) provide services, products or
information you request and to process and complete any transactions in
connection therewith; (ii) request feedback and to enable us to operate,
develop, customize and improve our Site and Services; (iii) conduct marketing
analysis, to send you surveys or newsletters, to contact you about services,
products, activities, special events or offers from TempTag or our partners or
other third parties and for other marketing, informational, product development
and promotional purposes; (iv) send you emails and to contact you about your
use of our Site and Services; (v) respond to your emails, submissions, comments
or requests; (vi) perform after-sales services; to respond to support
inquiries; for assistance with our product and service development; (vii) inform
you of updates to products and services from TempTag that better meet your
needs; (viii) monitor and analyze Site usage and trends and to personalize the Site
and our users' experiences; (ix) store contacts you enter or upload into your
contacts list for your private use and viewing; (x) send emails to users you
invite (and contacts you invite to become users) to collaborate and access your

We (or authorized third

controlled by TempTag (“Affiliate) who may only use the Personal Information

consultants and other service providers who are engaged by or working with us
in connection with the operation of the Site and Services we provide and who
need access to such information to carry out their work for us; (iii) when we
believe in good faith that we are lawfully authorized or required to do so or
that doing so is reasonably necessary or appropriate to comply with laws or
respond to lawful requests, legal process or legal authorities; (iv) when we
believe in good faith that we are lawfully authorized or required to do so or
that doing so is reasonably necessary or appropriate to protect the rights,

including to enforce our agreements, policies and Terms of Use and Services;

person; (vi) in an aggregated or anonymized form that does not directly
identify you; (vii) when you give us your consent to do so, including if you
opt-in to sharing Personal Information or if we disclose on our Site or Services
that the information you provide will be shared in a particular manner and you
provide such information; and (viii) in connection with, or during negotiations
of, an acquisition, financing, merger or sale of all or a substantial portion
of our business, with or to another company. We will retain your Personal
Information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you Services
and to maintain a record of your transactions for financial reporting purposes.

The Site may be
accessible through or contain connections to areas where you may be able to
publicly post information, communicate with others such as discussion boards or
blogs, review products and merchants, and submit media content. Prior to

when prompted, to link your social networking profile to your TempTag account
you grant TempTag permission to access all of the elements of your social network
profile information that you have made available to be shared and to use it in
accordance with the social network’s terms of use and this Privacy Policy.

Our Site and Services
may contain links to other websites and services on the Internet, which are
owned and operated by our partners, customers, advertisers and other third
parties. We have not reviewed and will not review these websites and services
which are linked to the TempTag Site. We have no control over such external
sites, do not endorse any external websites and are not responsible or liable
for any content, advertising, products or other materials that may appear on or
may be available on, from or through any such external site. We encourage our
users to be aware that when they leave our Site or Services, they should read
the privacy statements of each and every website and service before providing
any personally identifiable information. We are not responsible for the privacy
practices of such websites or services, and their data collection practices are
not covered by this Policy.

Use Outside the United States of America
If you live outside the
United States of America, and you use the Site or provide us with Personal
Information directly via the Site, your information will be handled in
accordance with this Privacy Policy. By using the Site or giving us your
Personal Information, you are directly transferring your Personal Information to
us in the United States and you agree and consent to our collection, transfer,
and processing of your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy
Policy. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection or
privacy obligations in your jurisdiction when you use the Site or provide us
with Personal Information.

European Union, you have the right under the General Data Protection Regulation
(GDPR) to request from TempTag access to and rectification or erasure of your personal
data, data portability, restriction of processing of your personal data, the
right to object to processing of your personal data, and the right to lodge a

Union, you may have similar rights under your local laws. To request access to
or rectification, portability or erasure of your
personal data or to delete your TempTag account, login to your account and

live in the European Union and you wish to exercise your right to restriction
of processing or your right to object to processing, or if you do not live in
the European Union but you believe you have a right to restriction of
processing or a right to object to processing under your local laws, contact support@plumsense.com.
Any transfers of personal data by TempTag from the European Economic Area (EEA)
or Switzerland are done pursuant to European Commission approved Model
Contractual Clauses. If you reside in the European Union or other jurisdiction
that requires us to obtain your consent to use Cookies on our Site, then you
will have an opportunity to manage your Cookie preferences on the Site; except
that certain Cookies are required to enable core Site functionality, and you

TempTag does not intend

create an account and purchase the goods or services advertised through the
Site.
